3:1 Oil Pump
|
The 3:1 ratio Panther� pump can service as many as three dispense points at up to 500 feet. The Panther�s air motor features a precision air reversing valve mechanism with dual valve ports for improved high speed breathing. It also contains a positive trip detent spool mechanism that eliminates stalling (blowing air) by preventing the pump from being caught between strokes. It has a simple yet durable construction with all internal parts lubricated at the factory using a life-tested synthetic grease (Balcrank P/N 826733). This grease coats all internal parts and repels air line moisture to inhibit corrosion.
The Panther� pumping assembly features a stainless pump rod for superior wear and corrosion resistance. The pump�s exterior is constructed from aircraft grade extruded aluminum for an outstanding strength to weight ratio. The pump also has high quality seals and is designed for overall reliability and ease of service.

3:1 Pump w/ Bung Adaptor

Pride Series pumps are manufactured with a mechanical air valve and piston design which is more forgiving to environments with contaminated air. The 5:1 version is a medium pressure pump for supplying higher pressures and for longer pumping distances than the 3:1 version but at lower volume ideal for longer pumping distances and overall flow rates of 4 gpm.
Maximum simultaneous dispense points @ 1.5 gal/m (5.7 l/m) per dispense point.

This model is designed specifically for transfer, bulk un-loading or loading and diesel fueling applications. It includes a pressure relief calve ( per U.L. Specification 79) which restricts the fluid outlet pressure to less than 50 PSI. The relief valve can be plumbed to return the bleed off fluid to the storage container.
